Requirements
To open a farm, the owner must meet the following conditions:
Agriculture License or Animal Breeding License
Two separate licenses exist depending on the type of farming:Agriculture License → crop farming
Animal Breeding License → livestock farming
Farmers may hold both if they wish to operate a mixed farm.
WorldGuard Farm Lot
The farmer must rent or buy a farm lot from CityHall.

Farmers may own more than 8 cows, but only 8 are rendered.
