Your first hour
From arrival to a registered identity, an address and a bank account.
You arrive in the city as nobody. Nobody has a name, a record or an account — which is the point. This is how you stop being nobody.
1. You arrive on a provisional pass
New arrivals get a provisional pass, valid for seven days. It is enough to walk around, talk to people and look for work. It is not enough to sign a contract, open an account or hold property.
2. Register your identity
Go to a City Hall registry and use /register. You will be asked for a first
name, a surname, a date of birth and a state. That produces a citizen ID and
an ID card issued by one of the four states of the Meridian Federal Union.
Your fiscal code is your Minecraft username. It is not stored anywhere — it is simply who you are.
Check your record at any time with /identity.
3. Declare a residence
/residency records where you live. Residence determines which registry
handles your paperwork and which municipality you belong to.
4. Open a bank account
/bank opens an account and shows your balance. Once you have one, /nextpay
gives you a digital wallet for paying people directly.
5. Find work
/company lists businesses and lets you apply. Employment is a real record: a
role, a salary, and shifts you clock in and out of.
6. Link the web portal
Run /weblink in game. You get a one-time code that logs you into the portal
on this site, where you can read your identity, your balance and every
transaction you have ever made.
