Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Minecraft server at play.nextroleplay.gg, to this website, and to the community spaces NEXT Roleplay operates.

Who we are

NEXT Roleplay is a community-run Minecraft roleplay project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

Using the server

You must own a legitimate Minecraft Java Edition account. One account per person; alternate accounts used to gain an advantage or evade a sanction are prohibited.

By connecting you accept the rules. They are enforced, and enforcement is at the discretion of the staff team. Sanctions range from a warning to a permanent removal.

Your content

Anything you write in chat, on the forum-equivalent channels, or in in-game documents remains yours, but you grant us the right to store, display and moderate it for the purpose of running the service. Chat is retained so that it can be reviewed when someone reports a problem.

In-game property

Characters, currency, businesses, property and items exist only inside the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and confer no ownership rights. We may adjust, reset or remove them where necessary — for example, to correct an exploited defect.

Availability

The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of availability. Data loss, downtime and rollbacks are possible. We take reasonable care; we do not promise perfection.

These terms may change. Material changes will be announced on the news page.
